Those who have pre-signed up for the shuttle, they will be picked up at the Fairfield Marriott in The Dalles and dropped off directly at the venue. And vise versa at the end of the night. Please be outside ready for pickup at your designated pick-up time. During drop off there is a small hill of gravel to walk down so please plan with appropriate shoes.

Unfortunately each shuttle has limited space and is fully booked for the day of. We want to make sure everyone arrives and departs safely. Please find a wedding planner on the day of or let Sam and Luke know prior to to help secure additional arrangements.

Please arrive between 3:45 - 4:15 PM to leave enough time to Park and be seated. Ceremony will Begin at 4:30 pm promptly.

The Venue is located 10 minutes outside of The Dalles, OR on The Stanley's private property.
There is limited service once you leave town so we highly suggest putting in the address to your map prior to heading to the wedding!

We will have a large amount of parking onsite for guests who plan to drive themselves. However, carpooling is encouraged, as there are no Uber's or ride shares in The Dalles.
For those who are staying local to The Dalles at any of the recommended hotels a Shuttle service to and from is available. Please note on your RSVP that you are interested as we need to give numbers far in advance.

The dress code is Semi-Formal. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day!
Bridesmaids and immediate family will be wearing various shades of greens and dark blues.Think elegant summer dresses or separates. Light suits or dress pants with a blazers. Color is encouraged!
Please keep in mind that the venue is located on a ranch and it is anticipated to be hot! We will have shaded and cooling areas but want you all to feel comfortable. There will be dirt and gravel to walk on so appropriate shoes and sunscreen is encouraged. Please no jeans!

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The dinner portion of the reception will be inside with dancing to follow outdoors

While we would love to have everyone there. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your official invitation.

We kindly request no gifts be brought to the ceremony. If you wish to honor us with a gift, we would love it if you could ship items directly from our registry to our home. Thank you!

While we absolutely adore the children in our lives, we’re unable to accommodate them at the wedding. We kindly ask that you make arrangements in advance, as we won’t have the space or seating available for little ones.
